Stress Management

Many of us manage pressure effectively in and out of our working lives, but sometimes just one extra thing can tip us into stress. This can often be due to a new role, increased responsibilities, illness, covering for someone, long term leave, or just having a lot to do. This one-day course will give participants the tools to manage those external pressures so that stressful situations aren’t as problematic.

The morning session is designed to give participants an opportunity to identify where pressure begins to tip into stress – what physically happens, their default positions and patterns of coping.

The afternoon session will consist of a variety of tools and techniques to help them deal more effectively with their own pressure and that of others.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing and must be received at least seven days prior to the course date or the full fee will be charged. ITF reserves the right to cancel courses without liability, and delegates will be offered an alternative date or full refund.
