Drama production management 2 is a one day course designed to introduce you to the basics of production scheduling in television drama. Drama production management 2 is practical, no-nonsense guide to the skills required, and covers all the key elements of running a production and shooting schedule.
You’ll learn how to break down a script into elements and then create a production and shooting schedule around it. The course also examines the most common problems on a drama shoot, and how a good PM or 1st AD will handle them.
Main areas covered include:
Production managers (PMs) intending to move into drama, assistant directors wanting to move up to first assistant director (1st AD), and location managers and co-ordinators aiming to move up to PM.
Cancellations must be in writing and must be received at least seven days prior to the course date or the full fee will be charged.
