A Production Manager can make or break a production and its budget. There are many routes into production management including working up through the production office, working from “the floor” up and being thrown in at the deep end. This taster day with authentic examples will give you the basics of what you need to think about whatever the genre you’re working in and a thorough insight into the role and its responsibilities.
