Drama PM Bootcamp

A Production Manager can make or break a production and its budget. One of the most exciting and challenging roles within television and film, this rewarding role combines problem-solving with creativity, high-level organisational ability with demanding deadlines and above all requires a great understanding of people. There are many routes into production management including working up through the production office, working from “the floor” up and being thrown in at the deep end. This taster day with authentic examples will give you the basics of what you need to think about whatever the genre you’re working in and a thorough insight into the role and its responsibilities.
