Dealing with difficult people is a one day seminar designed to help you deal with the people you come into conflict with at work. Dealing with difficult people is a practical course that will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses in disputes and will help you develop the skills needed to manage difficult situations. The course is highly interactive and uses case studies, questionnaires and delegates’ experiences to deconstruct the conflict and find  constructive ways forward.

You’ll learn about your strengths and weaknesses when dealing with conflict as well as developing the skills you need in difficult situations. The seminar uses case studies from the industry, group exercises, and your own experiences to show you how to manage people more effectively.
