Diamond diversity monitoring training

ITF is the training provider for the new Diamond diversity monitoring system, and our 2016 training sessions are now open for booking.

The Diamond monitoring system will go live early next year. Companies have been allocated a limited number of places for face to face training based on their size and the number of their programmes transmitting between January and June next year. Numbers are limited because we need to reach as many companies as possible in the first few months.

There will be training sessions in London, Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester, Bristol and Birmingham. Larger companies will be offered in-house training sessions.

To book your training sessions please go to the Diamond portal at https://www.diamonddiversity.uk and if you have a query please contact Kelly@indietrainingfund.com

Self Shooting Producer Director course in Manchester

Our four day self shooting PD course began in Manchester last week, supported by Creative Skillset. We’ve had fantastic feedback from our 8 delegates so far. “Great trainers and so helpful”, “Has shown me where I’m going wrong and what to do about it” and “Really expert training in both camera and editorial skills, it will transform how I work after this”.

ITF would like to thank the companies, including Nine Lives, True North and Channel 4, who have supported the course with funding for some of the participants. They are helping  ITF to develop a very talented and diverse group of PDs.

The delegates will also be offered a shadowing day and mentoring sessions in January.

And a thank you …

As it’s December I’d like to thank all ITF’s clients in 2016 for their fantastic support this year and for their engagement with ITF’s training programmes. ITF’s membership is growing and we benefit greatly from the dialogue we have with our member companies.

I would also like to thank our great roster of trainers. ITF is unique in the quality and range of trainers we have working with us, and they are enthusiastic support of ITF’s mission to provide high quality affordable training. We are grateful for their commitment and expertise.
