Monday 5th December

Drama PM Bootcamp 10:00 to 17:00
This taster day with authentic examples will give you the basics of what you need to think about whatever the genre you’re working in and a thorough insight into the role and its responsibilities.

Tuesday 6th December

Women’s Leadership 10:00 to 17:00
The course will help delegates deepen an understanding of themselves and their behaviour in the work place and focusses on techniques to build confidence, source resilience and proactively build networks and career strategies. The emphasis in on bringing to the fore skills and strengths of nascent female leaders using psychological and coaching methods while embedding knowledge through practical exercises.

Wednesday 7th December

Researcher’s Survival Guide 10:00 to 17:00
Researchers survival guide is a one day course designed to introduce you to the basics of being a good researcher. Researchers survival guide shows you how to dig up the right information for your programme – efficiently, accurately and effectively. The course will help develop the wide range of skills required including social media and internet research, telephone and face to face interviewing techniques, and the ability to filter information from a variety of sources.

Thursday 8th December

Women Returning to Work in TV 10:00 to 17:00
This innovative and extremely practical workshop will offer a unique opportunity to take stock, to assess your professional skills and experience objectively, and to decide the best course of action. It will ask what you want from the next phase of your life, and what you want longer term. This may be to resume your pre-motherhood career, update your skills, move to a new organisation, change your role temporarily or permanently, or re-negotiate your present job.

Friday 9th December

Production Co-ordinator Masterclass 10:00 to 17:00
One day course on the skills required to be a really great production co-ordinator. Production co-ordinator masterclass covers everything from budgeting and scheduling to completing a PAC form in an interactive session using case studies and practical exercises.
